Introduction: Electra ZCO o-ring face seal fittings are made up of three basic components: the female nut, gland, and body. The body contains a viton o-ring which is standard. Other o-ring materials are available on request.
Electra ZCO face seal fittings are available in sizes 1/4" through 1”, with a variety of configurations. ZCO fittings are used for zero clearance applications from vacuum to high pressure and temperatures up to 550° F. Standard material is 316 stainless steel, 316L for weldable glands with other materials available upon request
