Marck PISTON VALVE is energy energy-saving isolation valve, preventing all types of valve leakages & increasing the life of the valve. It is glandless & Seat less, so it gives relief from the problems associated with seat & gland packings.
The Heart of the Marck piston valve is Piston & sealing rings. A burnished piston against Stainless steel reinforced graphite rings gives leakproof shutoff, which ensures long life even at high temperatures up to 427 C Piston valve is operative friendly, which means with a little amount of effort, the valve can be operated. It eliminates the need for any valve key to tighten the valve.
Maintenance can be done easily & quickly. e. internals can be removed without removing the valve body from the main line. This minimizes the plant downtime In this way, the Marck Piston valve is the right solution for on-off operation not only for STEAM but also for THERMIC FLUIDS, AMMONIA, LPG, ACIDS, ALKALIS, etc
