Disc Type Non Return Valve “NRV” Non slam Check Valve

• Disc Check Valve is an advanced design that gives full flow and occupies very little space than other types of Non-Return Valves. This is also available with an IBR Certificate in Form IC.
• DCVs are simple to fit between two pipe flanges.
• Spring-loaded disc to prevent reverse flow in pipelines.
• Stronger, lighter, and smaller than conventional swing check valves, hence less expensive to install and maintain.

Operations: Disc Check Valves are opened by the pressure of the fluid and closed through a compression spring as soon as flow stops thus preventing reverse flow.
