Factory Test Every valve is factory tested with nitrogen @ 1000 psig (68 bar) for leakage at the seat to a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 cc/min. Stem seals are tested to a requirement of no detectable leakage using a liquid leak detector... Technical Data Ratings are based on valves with fluorocarbon FKM O-rings and PTFE backup rings.
